I have amended my booking on three separate occasions with the same handler Sajad Farid. Sajad has always been helpful and accommodating when dealing with my various amendments. Literally, nothing was too much trouble.

I booked my flight back in May for October. It was straight forward to book it unfortunately its been cancelled and the company still owe me my ticket money. Its been 9 months now call them several times stupid reason have been given all the time but still waiting. Would not recommend this company at all.

Terrible customer service! After several emails and over 2 hours of being put on hold on several phone calls to change a flight decided to give up and book a new one. Was promised several times for a return email or phone call. Was told only a manager can change a flight on thai Airways. Won't ever bother using them again freinds who used a similar named company got a email response immediately to change flights no expensive phone calls from abroad needed and hours being put on hold because they customer services couldn't do a simple date change.

I have used Netflights regularly, they have always been professional, polite and reliable. I have great faith in this company and like the fact I always speak to somebody who has visited America and we have shared experiences.

Part of my experience wasn't great, the fact that one of my flights was cancelled, but this was out of the control of Netflights. How they handled it was great, they immediately offered me a full refund which was processed and paid very promptly. I ended up rebooking the almost identical holiday just with a different airlines and saved £150 per person, so a win win!

I have used Netflights as my agent on previous occasions to this. I have found them to be accurate with the information they both collect and provide. On this particular occasion they were not the cheapest provider but I went with them because of the straightforward and no gimmick fashion that my information is dealt with. I have sine been to the Virgin Atlantic website and find my booking has been transferred without error.
